Let Me Eat Cake: Birthday Party Fit For An Aussie Prince

A CHOCOLATE cake-smeared grin said it all as Denmark's youngest royal, Prince Christian, celebrated his first birthday with his mother and father.

Official images released by the Danish Royal family yesterday show a picture of domestic bliss.

Looking happy and relaxed at their Fredensborg Palace home, Prince Frederik and Princess Mary celebrated their chubby-faced heir's big day with kisses, cake and toys.

The little "Aussie" prince blew out the candle on his cake before a cuddle from his father.

The weekend's party pictures have done nothing to quell rumours that Princess Mary is expecting another child, as her stomach is mostly covered in the images.

Recent reports have suggested Princess Mary is expecting again.

It is thought she will confirm her pregnancy before the couple fly to Australia next month.
